Sabina Mary (Buehler) Conway Obituary (1924

Sabina M. (Buehler) Conway 92 of Monroe Township died Wednesday April 5th at her home. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Mrs. Conway lived in Edison for many years before moving to the Rossmoor community in Monroe Township 31 years ago. She was employed for over 20 years as a secretary for the Board of Education, Edison, retiring in 1985. Mrs. Conway was an active parishioner of Nativity of Our Lord RC Church in Monroe Township and a past member of the Altar Rosary Society. As a resident of the Rossmoor community, she was a volunteer at the Kiwanis Food Pantry and enjoyed playing cards, especially bridge at the Club House. Mrs. Conway was an avid reader, enjoyed sewing and knitting and her grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband John F. Conway Sr. in 2008. Surviving are her daughter Patricia DiCarlo and her husband Robert of Hillsborough, her son John F. Conway Jr. and his wife Anne of Marlton, her brother "Gus" Buehler of Buena, NJ and her six grandchildren Matthew DiCarlo, Kevin (Danielle) DiCarlo, Jack Conway, Abigail Conway, Joseph DiCarlo and Michael Conway. Services will begin at 10:15 a.m. Monday April 10th at the Lester Memorial Home 16 W. Church St., Jamesburg followed by an 11 a.m. funeral liturgy at Nativity of Our Lord RC Church, Monroe Township. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum, South Brunswick. Visiting hours for family and friends will be Sunday 2-5 p.m. and Monday 9:15-10:15 a.m. at the funeral home.
