Mary C. Swiecicki

–

Old Bridge, New Jersey

Mary Cordelia Swiecicki journeyed to meet her Savior on March 7, 2026 with her family by her side, after 81 years of a life filled with love, courage, and faith. Born on November 30, 1944, in Trenton, NJ, to Howard and Hannah Fisher, she was a loving daughter, wife, Mom, Nana, Gigi, sister, aunt and dear friend. God’s love shone through her eyes, and her kindness and thoughtfulness were a testament to her Christian faith. As shown in
1 Corinthians 16:14, "Let all that you do be done in love," Mary embodied this verse in her everyday life. A loving ray of sunshine, she was a blessing to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Mary was a long-time resident of both Old Bridge and Jamesburg New Jersey, where she was known for her kind nature and courageous spirit. She was a member of Garden State Baptist Church in Old Bridge and later became a member of Robertsville Bible Church in Morganville. Despite her serious health conditions, Mary remained resilient and always put others before herself. Her hobbies included praying, reading, and singing. She enjoyed Christian and Gospel music and loved Elvis Presley.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Linda Swiecicki; her granddaughter, Crystal Girton and her husband Michael; her great-granddaughter, Aubrey Girton; her brother, Robert “Bob” Fisher, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She is predeceased by her parents, Howard and Hannah Fisher; her husband, Walter Swiecicki; her son, Thomas Swiecicki; her sisters, Betty McLaughlin, Marie Gelentser, Marjorie Bainbridge, and Shirley Connelly; and her brothers, Donald Fisher and John “Jack” Fisher.
